Italy was once the dog capital of the world. Strays, house pets, show dogs. They all wandered the streets day and night, every day. All was normal, until the city got tired of them messing with human life. The mayor of the town and City Council thought about it for days, and made a movement to ban all dogs in Italy. This started a huge ruckus among the people of Italy. They refused to pay taxes, pay bills, and the city was in danger of going bankrupt. Eventually.....

It is winter on Koa Island. The metal all around is frozen, the water is iced over, and no one wants to leave their shelter. However, the winter snow might just fill up most shelter areas like the Teacups, Ferris Wheel, and Roller Coaster carts. Make sure you have your shelter covered!

Theme Park
	s h o p e ` When the theme park had people, there were endless rows and rows of shops. Only few remain now. There's hat shops, clothes shops, and little nick knacks that dogs carry around and wear everywhere.	0	0
	t e a c u p s ` Round and round and round. There are five large teacups here. Two of them are green, and three of them are red. They are rusted over from the rain, and super squeaky, but stray dogs sleep in here and it makes for a great hiding spot. Be careful, because they are very slippery! The Hell Hounds own this territory.	0	0
	c a f é ' The café is old and gross. Most of the chairs and tables are rusty and worn down. Each time a dog gets on, there's a huge chance they will collaspe. There is still trash remaining in the trash cans, all of it is moldy and expired.	0	0
	r o l l e r c o a s t e r ` All the metal remains of the old Zipper Roller Coaster are left here. Part is still up and all dogs love to climb on whats left and romp around, though it is very dangerous. The Carnival Mutts own this territory.	0	0
Boardwalk
	f e r r i s w h e e l ` The baskets are large and round and have old and moldy cushions all around. There is a round wheel in the middle of each basket. They are all red and white, blue and white, or yellow and white stripped and very old. It doesn't move anymore, but dogs of all sorts love to come and jump from basket to basket. The Hell Hounds own this territory.	0	0
	c a r o u s e l ` The Carousel is a old and ancient thing. It has horses, lions, bears, unicorns, cats, and dogs all around it, with some round centered seats for relaxing. The paint is wore off and its a bit dusty, but other than that it's in great shape. This is the closest ride to the Boardwalk water, so when riding all around, you get a great view of all the Boardwalk. The Carnival Mutts own this territory.	0	0
	b u m p e r c a r s ` The static here is major, and mostly very dangerous, however dogs love coming here to push thing around and play. This is also where many fights happen, so beware. There are green red and blue rusty cars here, and the floor is a shiny silver that is slippery. The roof has holes, so the floor and cars are always wet from the rain.	0	0
	h o u s e o f m i r r o r s ` Once you walk into the House of Mirrors, you get lost. There are over 200 mirrors in here, all pointing different ways as in a maze. It will take you many many tries to make it through, and even when you do, there is more mirrors throughout the maze. Once you get in, there is no telling how long you will be stuck...	0	0
The Outside
	c a r n e r i v e r ` Carne River is a small, but beautiful river. The water is never rough, always smooth and as clear as glass. The water is a great temperature. Never freezing, but during the winter it gives dogs a cool, refreshing feel.	0	0
	s h o r e l i n e` The shoreline is a nice place to hang out and watch the waves crash onto the beach. The sand is often warm to touch, but still a great place to relax. The ocean is not a safe place to swim. It's rough and the waves are strong. Unknown creatures are said to live in the ocean. The shoreline goes around the whole island. For miles and miles it is nothing but sand and ocean.	0	0
	k o a` h o t e l` Along with everything else on the island, the hotel is also run down and falling apart. Koa Hotel was never big, one story 20 rooms. Quite some time before humans left the island, the hotel was vacant. The doors have been off for as long as any of the dogs can remember. The floors squeak and creek when any weight is on them and the beds are as hard as a rock but it's better then no shelter.	0	0
	n e v e r e n d i n g h i l l s ` The Never Ending Hills are seriously, never ending. They go in a circle around the island. They go up, down, up, down, then back up then back down, as many times as you can count. It's easy for one to get lost in time in the hills. It's a great and peaceful way to keep thoughts piled away, and think for a hour. Or two..Or three.....	0	0
