Italy was once the dog capital of the world. Strays, house pets, show dogs. They all wandered the streets day and night, every day. All was normal, until the city got tired of them messing with human life. The mayor of the town and City Council thought about it for days, and made a movement to ban all dogs in Italy. This started a huge ruckus among the people of Italy. They refused to pay taxes, pay bills, and the city was in danger of going bankrupt. Eventually, after years of trying and trying to pounding on the people of Italy, they were just about to give up all hope of the movement passing, when a group of very powerful American men showed up. They were called the Movement Men of America.
The people of Italy had no hope. The movement passed and all dogs of Italy were to be sent off to the newly found island off of Hawaii. Koa Island. People were appalled, but followed directions. From Poodles to Bullmastiffs, dogs all around Italy were shipped to Koa Island. The Island was once an old theme park that was shut down years ago. The ship crew found this out only when they arrived, and had no other choice but to go back to tell the mayor and find a new island, but one brave Great Dane decided to roll his cage and escape, knocking over all the other cages and releasing Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Yorkies, and all other dog breeds owned by the people of Italy. The ship crew, scared flew off on the plane and never returned to the Mayor.
The dogs from Italy got to the island, and pretty soon formed into two different "gangs." The Canine Mutts loved the island, and wanted to make the best out of where they were. They immediately claimed the Roller Coaster and Carousel as their lands. The Hell Hounds, however hated the island. They try everything they can to get loose. Including fight with the Canine Mutts. They claimed the Ferris Wheel and Teacups for themselves.
Now, dogs of all breeds and both packs are forced to live on their own on this island full of mysteries that have yet to be uncovered.
